‘Terra Livre’ finally on Vinyl on Lusitanian!

The first meeting between the Portuguese artists Joo Morais, better known as O GAJO,
and the Brazilian Ricardo Vignini took place in 2022, via social media.
A musical tune activated a first contact, with the participation of Vignini on the album No
Lugar, from 2023, by O GAJO, and which quickly became a regular exchange of ideas and
the desire to cross the two artistic and cultural worlds that characterize these players: O
GAJO as the Portuguese innovator playing the Viola Campania, and Vignini playing the
Viola Caipira – a Brazilian descendent of the Portuguese Chordophones. This harmony
brought them closer and the exchange of ideas, via the digital world, began to give rise to
a consistent work, which they decided to transform into a collaborative album, called Terra
