Recorded over various sessions throughout 1995-1996, The album collects tracks from the Sustained cassette demo, first two split 7s, an alternate recording of Exchange and six previously unreleased tracks. All restored and remastered by Adam Boose at Cauliflower Audio and lacquer masters cut by Bob Weston.
