The SILVER SOLITUDE CD contains 7 new compositions by Hungarian-born Lszl Slle. The album features the contemporary classical string quartet Scarbantia String Quartet and two jazz musicians, Pentti Lahti and Hannu Rantanen. The piano is played by the composer himself. The result is sparkling, partly improvisational jazz of our time. The album is Alba’s second so-called a hybrid jazz disc, meaning it can also be played in multi-channel 5.1 format on a SACD player.
